To support our R&D Team in Ettlingen, we are looking for a:

Systems Architect Magnetic Resonance Imaging

Your responsibilities:

The Systems Architect MRI is responsible for the overall design of the MRI products including all components and accessories. He/She manages the technical cause-effect-relationships in the product line and defines the best way to implement requirements and an optimum level of re-use in the system. Together with the Technical Product Manager, he/she interprets the product requirements into technical requirements at the beginning of a project and is responsible, together with the Integration & Verification team, for the integration of the developed components and for the final verification of the system.

Your profile:

  • Profound knowledge in Magnetic Resonance Imaging technology, instrumentation and methodology (Master’s degree, PhD or Postdoc with specialization in MRI technology is requested).
  • Professional experience in product development (basic knowledge of product lifecycle management is a plus)
  • Fluent written and spoken technical English skills
  • German language skills are beneficial
